How to Obtain Your Order Status and Information on Delivery Goals, Methods, Timing, and Cancellations

Our standard method of shipping is by UPS/FedEx/DHL ground.  The tracking number is not active until the shipper scans it into their system.

Email us for an order status.   It helps to supply us with your original order confirmation number.  It will have a format like JRXXXXX.  We ship by many cost effective methods - ex: UPS, USPS, FedEx, and various motor freight lines.  This is the reason we do not have a totally automated status system.  Our products weigh from a few pounds to over 400 pounds.  We will try to respond to your request promptly.  In some instances our delivered price may have to have a surcharge added due to remote locations.  We will contact you if this applies.

Our delivery goal is to deliver our products in 7-10 working days for ground delivery.  Most orders are shipped in one or two days from the date of order entry.  At peak sales periods the shipping time sometimes extends to 14 days.  The industry norm is 14-21 days.

We normally process an order by the end of the next working day.

If you decide to cancel an order we will make every attempt to get the order cancelled.  If the order ships and you refuse the order it can get lost in the return.  We need to have some proof of return before issuing a credit.  You still will pay for shipping both ways.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time or date.  We encourage you to order early for Christmas & special events like birthdays & parties.  Please tell us of any special delivery needs. 

Some of our products are heavy, big, bulky and do not lend themselves to the "instant delivery" model of other on-line dealers.

UPON RECEIPT - Please note on the delivery ticket any perceived damage so we can process a damaged freight claim - should this be necessary - or receive & call us & tell us what the problem is.   See this page for DELIVERY DETAILS - this is very important.

When a shipping rate is calculated frame pads are classified as "oversized" boxes.
